Swartz Campbell has extensive experience in handling subrogation matters for various insurance carriers and self-insured’s. Specifically, this group is comprised of skilled attorneys who litigate large value subrogation losses, arising out of a variety of circumstances, including structural collapse, fire, machinery and equipment failure, explosions, and natural disasters. The subrogation losses handled also include workers’ compensation and automobile claims.
The subrogation group works closely with the underwriting carriers in selecting experts to pursue these claims. In addition, they work with the adjusters and experts from the outset in investigating the loss and retaining evidence. Our firm offers in-house seminars to our subrogation clients on recovery programs which include drafting procedures and guidelines for claims personnel in the investigation and analysis of subrogation matters.
