PHILADELPHIA, PA. June 25, 2020: Joshua Byrne, a partner in Swartz Campbell’s professional liability department, had an article published in the The Legal Intelligencer on Thursday June 25, 2020. The article, titled, ‘The Dragonetti Act is Not a Loser Pays Rule’ discusses how successful defendants are tempted to pursue a Dragonetti Act case to recoup litigation expeneses and the implications of doing this. Mr. Byrne is co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s professional liability committee and continues to be a regular contributor to the Swartz Campbell LLC Professional Liability blog.
