Swartz Campbell welcomes new partners

Swartz Campbell LLC is pleased to welcome the following new members to the firm’s partnership:

Gregory Stokes is a partner in Swartz Campbell’s Philadelphia office and is also a partner with the firm’s Toxic Tort Litigation Department. He specializes in defending product manufacturers, suppliers, and premises owners in asbestos-related cases.

Alison Texter is a partner in Swartz Campbell’s Delaware office. She concentrates her practice in the area of toxic torts. Ms. Texter is a graduate of Widener University School of Law. Formerly, Ms. Texter served as a Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice.

Joseph Naylor is a partner in Swartz Campbell’s Delaware office. He focuses his practice on advising and representing clients in toxic tort and complex commercial litigation. Additionally, Mr. Naylor serves on the board of directors of the Delaware Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, and is a member of the Chapter’s Legal Review Board.
