Swartz Campbell LLC is pleased to announce the firm’s newest equity partner, Michael A. Cognetti.

Mr. Cognetti is a partner with the firm’s Insurance Defense Group, residing the Philadelphia office. Having previously resided in both the firm’s Media and West Chester Regional offices, he rejoined the Philadelphia office in 2006.

Mr. Cognetti represents governmental entities, financial institutions, and insurance companies in litigation and alternative dispute resolution forums. His practice spans the five counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania through Northeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Cognetti has both published on the topic of motor vehicle law, including motor vehicle and bad faith issues. He has also lectured on these subjects as an Instructor with Defense Update, and as a Seminar Instructor to Temple Law Alumni and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
