Swartz Campbell LLC is pleased to welcome, Candidus Dougherty, to the firm’s partnership:

Ms. Dougherty is a partner in Swartz Campbell’s Professional Liability Group, focusing her practice on lawyer malpractice defense. She graduated from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2007, receiving high honors. Ms. Dougherty currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at her alma mater, teaching International Moot Court as well as coaching the Philip C. Jessup International Law and the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Teams. She also frequently publishes articles related to virtual law, trademark and copyright law, as well as the use of executive power and separation of powers issues.
