Senate Withdraws House Bill 2246

The Pennsylvania Senate has withdrawn House Bill 2246 from consideration. The amendment to that Bill would have allowed plaintiffs to argue for specific amounts of damage for pain and suffering in motor vehicle accident cases. The amendment will be removed and not considered. This is a major victory for the defense community
