James C. Haggerty, Esquire recently participated as a speaker in the 13th Annual Personal Injury Potpourri presented by the Defense Resolution Institute in Philadelphia. Jim Haggerty presented an overview of appellate court decisions in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania involving motor vehicle insurance law issues. Many of the decisions are cases which he, himself, handled on behalf of the insurers.
