Swartz Campbell LLC represents the defendant in the case of Vanderhoff v. Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company. Recently, the developments in that matter were reported to the Times Leader in Wilkes-Barre. In that case, the claimant did not report the phantom vehicle accident until eight months later. The Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County found that the insurer was not prejudiced by the late notice. An appeal has been filed to the Superior Court.
