Joshua R. Miller

JOSHUA R. MILLER joined Swartz Campbell as an associate in December 2024 in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Mr. Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of Toxic Tort and General Liability.

Mr. Miller is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller received his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and his B.A. in political science from Bloomsburg University. While in law school, Mr. Miller served as a research assistant for a professor with a focus on civil procedures.

Mr. Miller also worked as a law clerk for an administrative law judge who mainly handled insurance and CAE appeals.
