ANDREA M. GRAF dedicates her practice to representing employers, self-insured employers, and insurance companies in every aspect of workers’ compensation litigation. Ms. Graf handles the initial investigation, testimony of fact and medical expert witnesses, brief writing, and arguments before the Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Ms. Graf has represented clients and received favorable decisions in Heart and Lung arbitrations, before the City of Philadelphia Civil Service Commission, and before Workers’ Compensation Judges and the Appellate Board throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
