CURTIS P. CHEYNEY, member of the law firm's Management Committee, Director of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, Apothecary Fund and Member in the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, received his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1968, and since that time has engaged in the practice of law related solely to areas of professional, commercial and product liability litigation. A member of the International Association of Insurance Counsel, Defense Research Institute and Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Mr. Cheyney has frequently lectured in the areas of insurance and commercial litigation issues, including commercial trade secrets, privacy and privilege in litigation; employer's liability exempt from workers' compensation immunity; and the employer's liability for title VII violations. He was also an instructor in the Trial Practice Program for litigators from 1995-1998 under the PDI.
