| CURTIS P. A member of the International Association of Insurance Counsel, Defense Research Institute and Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Mr. Cheyney has frequently lectured in the areas of insurance and commercial litigation issues, including commercial trade secrets, privacy and privilege in litigation; employer's liability exempt from workers' compensation immunity; and the employer's liability for title VII violations. He was also an instructor in the Trial Practice Program for litigators from 1995-1998 under the PDI.
